Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, manage appointments, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Respond to emails and general inquiries.
- Maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Order and monitor office supplies.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with staff to support office operations.
- Ensure visitors follow company security and sign-in procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
